A New Zealand research agenda for digital inclusion

Developed a research agenda that sets out digital inclusion research priorities, key research questions, and suggested research projects. The research agenda will help the Department of Internal Affairs to support and build a strong body of New Zealand digital inclusion research.

This work involved:

  • consultation with key stakeholders, including New Zealand researchers, to gather information on in-progress research and feedback on research questions and priorities
  • including kaupapa Māori research as an explicit priority
  • developing recommended next steps towards realising the goals of the research agenda
  • working closely with Department of Internal Affairs staff to ensure that the research agenda is consistent with the Department’s other work.
